Amusement Park
from the Childhood Series

Set in an amusement park, this illustration depicts a young woman seated at the bottom of a slide, surrounded by symbols of adulthood such as medicine bottles, a withered rose, and a briefcase. The slide becomes a metaphor for the passage from childhood to adulthood, reflecting the contrast between youthful innocence and the complex realities of grown-up life.
